CHECK IN / PRE- CHECK – IN:

Our room will be ready for you from 1:00 PM. However, should it be available earlier, you are welcome to check in earlier. Of course, you can also arrive later – everything will be prepared for you at reception after 2:00 PM!If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, we would appreciate a brief notification.If you wish, you can conveniently fill out the registration form (pre-check-in) from home, which you will find in your booking confirmation.

CHECK OUT:

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 AM on your departure day.

CONTACT / ARRIVAL:

Enter the following address into your GPS: Pension Strobl / Gaisbergstrasse 22 / 5310 Tiefgraben. If you plan to arrive by bus or train, it would be advantageous to use the Guest Mobility Ticket. To receive the ticket, complete the pre-check-in from home (this way you will receive the Guest Mobility Ticket from us via email on your smartphone) so you can use the transport for your journey free of charge.

PARKING:

Free paved or gravel parking spaces are available directly next to the entrance of the guesthouse.

BICYCLE STORAGE:

Your bicycle will find a secure place in the lockable garage. This is located below the house (near the gravel parking area).

GUEST MOBILITY TICKET:

Free mobility throughout your stay: As a guest at Pension Strobl, you can use all public transportation in the Mondsee region and the Salzburg region free of charge. Travel by bus or train to the most beautiful destinations in the region and be surprised by the diversity and beauty of the Salzburg region.

BREAKFAST:

Our breakfast buffet awaits you daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
